The Honorable Peter J. Wirs is one of the three original trustees in 2007 and when the Trust Instrument was revised, is now the single Trustee. Both Frederick W. Hess III and the Honorable H. Paul Senft, Jr. are Senior Trustees. The late U.S. Third Circuit Judge, the Honorable Arlin Adams was, along with Mr. Hess and Mr. Wirs, was the original trustees designated by John M. Templeton, Jr., M.D.

The Lincoln Charitable Trust was established on October 4, 2007 to protect voters' First Amendment rights of political association. The Trust Property consists of two components - the pre-election We the People TODAY program and post-election NCOPO- the National Conference of Public Officials - a Federally registered standards development

All registered voters are beneficiaries of the Lincoln Charitable Trust and by law, are entitled to a copy of the Trust Instrument, the Trustee's Annual Report, and the Trust's IRS Form 990 PFs.
